General Manager

General Managers are responsible for developing their team and motivating them to exceed guests’ expectations. They are also held accountable for the store’s operations, sales and financial success. Rhodes empowers its General Managers to make decisions like the store is their own, yet they still receive assistance from their Assistant Manager, Restaurant Manager and Team Leads.
