Management Trainee Program

Rhodes cultivates its General Managers by promoting from within and through its Management Trainee Program. Management Trainees receive rigorous training at a CTC designated location with the goal of managing their own Rhodes one day. They are then empowered to take over their own store when a management position opens.

Throughout this entire process, Management Trainees are invited to Rhodes’ quarterly leadership summits that all General Managers attend. They also work hands-on throughout store operations including guest services, financial reporting, safety management, team recruitment and culture development. 

Rhodes’ CTC training system produces experienced, confident managers who are ready to take their assigned locations to a higher level of success.
