Shift Manager

Shift Managers lead team members of all levels of experience through shifts during which General Managers and Assistant Managers are not working. They serve as the eyes and ears of the General Manager when the team needs additional support and directions when operating the store and serving guests.

Shift Managers are responsible for elevating guest satisfaction, motivating teams during shifts, assisting with supervisory duties and reinforcing the importance of operation practices.
