Yes, Rhodes app users that have actively used the Rhodes app over the last 6 months will see their points carry over to Rhodes Rewards within the new Rhodes app on April 1, 2026.  The points will carryover at the dollar value in the current app to the new app. In addition to  carrying over points, an additional 2000 points will be added to existing app users’ accounts.

If you are a new Rhodes app user, or have not actively used the app over the past 6 months, you will receive 500 points for registering and an additional 1500 points for signing up for Rhodes Rewards by April 30, 2026.

Gift card balances will not be carried over to the new Rhodes app on April 1, 2026. The gift card balance will be honored with a new gift card or Rhodes Reward points equivalent to the gift card balance.

Yes, Rhodes Rewards points will expire twelve months after earning them. Industry standard is only six months. So, Rhodes Rewards members have the freedom and flexibility to spend their points for six months longer than most other convenience store loyalty members.

Yes – the Rhodes app rolling out on April 1, 2026 is a brand new app with a new ACH payment program (pay directly from your bank account). When completing the form inside the app, there are two enrollment methods to choose from.   

The first is ValidiFI, which automates the enrollment process and is a faster, instantaneous setup.   

The second option is to manually enter bank routing and account information.  The manual enrollment option requires users to create micro-deposits in their accounts that will be necessary for account activation. The manual enrollment process can take up to one to three business days to complete, depending on the banking process.   

Complete the “ACH/Save $0.10 on Fuel” form inside the app. If questions arise about the status of your account, please call – 877-403-2222, 8am-7pm EST.

Yes, by entering your phone number at the register, your purchase will earn Rhodes Reward points and/or count toward the Buy 7, Get 1 FREE clubs. You can even earn points when prepaying for fuel by entering your phone number at the register, an option the original Rhodes app did not provide.

Clubs are available to Rhodes Rewards members through the Rhodes app. You can buy seven fountain drinks, seven hot drinks or seven breakfast entrees and be automatically included in their corresponding clubs.  When you buy the eighth of those items, it will be FREE.  Be sure to swipe your in-app Rhodes Rewards card or enter your phone number at the register with each club purchase so the items will be counted.

You will earn Rhodes Rewards points with each purchase made at Rhodes as long as you  (1) swipe your in-app Rhodes Rewards card at the register, (2) enter your phone number at the register or fuel pump or (3) fuel up using the Rhodes app. You can redeem those points on items featured in the Rhodes Rewards points catalog, which is visible in the Rhodes app. Tap on the catalog item you want to redeem points on. Enter your phone number or swipe your in-app rewards card at the register when you visit to get that item. It will ring up at no charge and the points will be deducted from your account.

Items available in the points catalog include free fountain drinks, free hot drinks, up to $10 off in-store purchases and up to $0.50 off per gallon of fuel purchased.

Rhodes app users can get $0.10 off every gallon of fuel purchased by paying directly from their bank account. This payment is also known as ACH Payment. ACH payment is different than credit cards and debit cards. The purchase is withdrawn directly from the buyer’s bank account. ACH payments do not incur credit or debit fees, so the savings are passed directly to the customer.

To enroll with ACH payments, download the Rhodes app and tap the Save $0.10 per Gallon icon on the home screen. Follow the prompts in the app to complete enrollment.

The order ahead feature will be reintroduced using the new Rhodes app later in 2026.  Stay tuned.

Rhodes Rewards members can track all points and clubs from within the Rhodes app. Tap on Rewards inside the Rhodes app, and your point total and club progress will be visible.

Rhodes Rewards points earned on in-store purchases are tracked to the nearest $0.01 for every transaction. Upon reaching the nearest $1.00, twenty Rhodes Rewards points will be awarded.  For example, 60 points would be earned on a $3.56 transaction ($3.00 x 20 points). The remaining $0.56 would roll over to the next in-store transaction. During another visit, you spend $2.70. The $0.56 from the previous visit will be combined with the latest transaction to reach $3.26. You would earn twenty points for each of the $3 purchased for a total of 60 points, and the remaining $0.26 would roll over to the next transaction.

Fuel purchases earn points based on gallons purchased. For each gallon purchased, 10 points will be awarded. No points are awarded for partial gallons.

At this time you cannot add a Rhodes Fleet card to the Rhodes app. Changes are currently being made to the Rhodes fleet program. More details will be announced in the coming months.
